Thanks for you interest in co-hosting the show! Please fill out the form as completely as possible. While you do, bear in mind that no one answer either makes you a top candidate or eliminates you from consideration. There are, however, two hard and fast requirements:

- You must be 18 or older

- You must live in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area

When done with the form, click on the "Submit" button at the bottom. If successful, you will receive a message indicating that we have received your application, and an email will be sent back to you with your responses.

Before you press "Submit," it's probably advisable to copy/paste your text answers just in case any interweb gremlins decide to nom on your application before it makes it to us.
